Poppie Field

I never got round to doing my planned video of the nice yellow rapeseed fields, but today we found this field not far from home.
Totally taken over by poppies.

I managed to video a nice yellow field until I realised I';d ignored the low voltage LED for a little too long and ended up with a closer than intended view as the quad landed elegantly - right in the middle!

Bet that was fun to get to.
Once had to go retreive a flyaway fixed wing aircraft in a rapeseed field as a kid, was hard work walking through that stuff.

Sure was. Quad had landed gently but just below the tops of the rape. Fortunately my wife was able to provide a sight line for me to follow. I now have audible low lipo alarm fitted!!
