Newbie question, Events, shows demonstrations to visit

Complete novice to this discipline.
Before i go and spend loads of money i would like to get up close and personal and see some in action somewhere.

Are there any events catering to multi rotor in the southern half of England?

Know the feeling, all the flying groups around here (Northern Ireland) view anybody interested in quads as if they';re some sort of pervert.

There are many places to buy aircraft & boats but apart from the Hubsan and the Blade there';s nothing whatsoever available.

Hi Desmoboy and welcome to the forum, I think sausageroll holds the odd flying down south send him a PM im sure he wouldnt mind if you asked him if he has anything planned or if he is close enough just to go see him fly some time, or if you look across the menu bar on the forum click the members map see if anyone is close to you and PM them
