Sad to see someone leaving the hobby!

I have to say that I feel very sad to see someone leaving the hobby because of the frustration of not getting things to work. I have been very close myself following a series of me destroying my models earlier on, one on a maiden - bin bag fodder.
This hobby and its cousins can be very frustrating when things go wrong but I have to say that if you can';t accept this then you are doing the wrong thing.
I wish this person the best of luck and really hope he finds something that he can hack.

Have a look in the "For Sale" ad';s I don';t think it was a good idea to mention a name in case it was found offensive.

Its sad - but I suppose its down to commitment a little ... I';ve been doing this since I was 8 and now 60 ... so a fair few years ... and I suppose very committed ....my patience can wear thin sometimes but I';ve invariably found that leaving something and coming back to it the next day recharges that ... I';ve also discovered that forums (other forums are available ) are the places to get all the help you need to sort out ANY problem. 

I';ve mentioned before that I got my DX7 TX and Naza sorted through a forum and email by a chap in Northern Canada     The help IS out there 

But I think it may be like the old joke - how many psychologists does it take to change a light bulb ... the answer is one ... but the light bulbs got to WANT to change 

Good luck is all I can say .... and wish him well for the future in whatever he decides to do next.  ::)

Yes we have tried, unfortunately in vain! I feel he was so close to solving the issue but has a lot going on at the moment and his patience ran out! A real shame.

We tried and we failed.

Maybe he will be back...
