Crius OSD not working

I have the V1.1 board.
I Plugged in my mates gps and osd from his v2 board as he is not using it.
It worked for a couple of minutes untill i went to pick up the  quad and pulled out the camera battery. So plugged it back in but then the osd didnt show on the monitor.
So I unplugged all the batteries and re plugged batteries in but then i had no image or osd. Cant get an image now unless I plug camera in directly to vtx.
What do I need to do?

was it modded to run 5v across board or was it 5v / 12v

sounds like the video chip has blown if your getting no feed through it
i have fried 3 so far

Hmm. Could have done. The camera is 12v. So will I just need to buy a new osd. Should the crius board be ok. Ill send a pic of what I plugged in if I can get to it

the crius board will be fine
its the osd video chip that will have fried

i ended up just buying thr V1 board and modding the 5v never missed a beat since
the latest minim osd you cant mod without some messy wiring

I have also fried the analogue side of a minim osd. Theyre a bit fussy with voltages and they way you connect them. The board I have now has the option to solder a couple of links so it can be powered solely from the crius and so you don';t connect to your vtx power. Power from vtx goes straight to camera and just the signal and ground go through osd. Works a treat.

thats number 4 hahahah  even tried the ones that are supposed to handle the 12v but still managed to fry that one
