KK2 board not arming

I went through a normal setup and everything was fine. I then asked my wife to assist in the esc calibration by holding down buttons one and four. She complained that they hurt her fingers and halfway through setting up she let go. I thought after that point I would go back and start again so I did a factory reset and set up all controls but I seem unable to arm the controller. Holding throttle down and right rudder does nothing. It was fine before the reset. I have also tried no throttle and left rudder no joy there either. Any ideas

Double check all your settings and re calibrate the esc';s but this time use clothes pegs to hold the buttons

Hi Thanks for the response I managed to overcome issues in the end. One thing I noticed the KK2 on receiver test all the controls were reversed what the display showed was opposite to what actually was happening. I am hoping to get the  first flight in at the weekend so fingers crossed
