Hello all

I am getting a bit desperate for an answer as to which Spektrum transmitter will work with my new Naza lite & GPS system.

I know i need a 3 way switch to give me Manual, Attitude and Attitude & GPS modes and once i know what TX will work i will try and purchase one.

I have been told a DX8 would be ideal but that is a bit out of of my budget so could i use a DX7 or DX7s or something else that uses DSM2.  :frantic:

Thanks Dave

Point and click.

Monkey see, Monkey do.

You can get the DX6i to generate 5 modes with a teeny bit of setting up - not 3-position switch, but using a combination of three it can be done http://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/5-flying-modes-with-a-spektrum

Hello all

I know i can use a DX6i but i really wanted to simply have a 3 way switch that i can flick from Manual to Attitude to Attitude & GPS all on one 3 way switch.

If the DX7s will do the above and it has a 3 way switch which will give me the full Naza functions then i will have to look for a DX7s.

Thanks Dave

Are you set on Spektrum? Otherwise why not go for a Turnigy 9X https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DikLpzlIqHA

If a Turnigy 9X will do the job perfectly then i would be happy to try one of those.

Check out that YouTube video - I was watching it last night. It seems to use the 3-position switch to change modes, plus uses the Gear switch for RTL (iirc).
