So after deciding now was good time to update firmware on my Apache OSD  while waiting for a freighter ship in Hong Kong. I learned if it isnt broke dont fix it! Lol !. So it goes without saying " never interupt a flashing procedure. I connected via usb and started update, and while everything great untill about 11% and it froze. I waited and waited and talked to it...begged it and even rubbed it. To only face the absolute truth. DENYED!     So after serveral attempts to reflash i continued to have similar issues only the % would randomly change. 1%, 11%, 34%, 12% etc...   To later learn playing with the tools software i noticed my port would drop out every time after about 10s. After realizing that i got my ducks in a row and a system down to reflash during that 10sec window and Bam!....there it was updated and now Display hangin 1/5 off the top of the screen. So refuring back to tools and playing within my 10 sec operating window, i can readjust and configure all i can in that ten seconds but it doesnt manage to save to the Osd module. As soon as you close out the program and osd maintains setting untill i unplug the usb from Pc and everything resets.    In conclusion..... Im a noob and waiting for IR and remote on that Ship!  But i did manage to update the firmware so that was a plus.

Hmmmm, does not sound good   

I guess "if it ain';t broke, don';t fix it...." 

Hopefully someone will come along with some ideas to bring it back to life !

Well i got it flashed in that window time frame and couple days ago got the rest of the OSD goodies. Put gps, ir sensor with remote and temp sensor.  I was then abale to adjust everything with the remote and save the settings. Im good to go now.
