I nipped over there when I saw this post and ordered some...

now I';ve had some from them before - came in original boxes, etc.

these 6 came loose packed in a box from them - they are covered in scratches and appear to be 2nd hand as far as I can tell. they are also badly finished with bits of plastic stuck still on the centre hole.

not particularily chuffed to be honest and will be giving them a bell on monday - it';s not like they were selling them cheap - 40 odd quid for 6 props that look like they';ve already had a hard life of a quadcopter is taking the ******...

I';d be interested to know if I';m the only one ?

No you are not the only one.

Also bought some of these they came supplied loose packed.

Lots of scratches on them and bits of plastic on from manufacture.

I will not be ordering any from them then.  Yes Graupner s come  in a box don';t they.  I';d also be a bit concerned if they arrived in that condition unboxed.

Will see what they';re like when they turn up but if they are as bad as you say then they';ll be going straight back.

I';ve ordered numerous before all boxed up like new.

Mine have no scratches and are balanced ok so i';ll live with it, but not good.

I emailed them and said, if they';re unboxed and scratched, don';t send them, they wrote to me:

"The last shipment we received from Graupner contained props all loose packed in two large boxes, so there are quite a few surface scratches."

And have refunded me. I';m sure it doesn';t affect performance but when you';re paying a high price for a premium product, seems only fair to get unblemished, pre,iu,m parts.

I';d only ordered them this morning so they hadn';t been dispatched.

Mine arrived a couple of days ago and I';ve only just unboxed them.

As with others, they are devoid of the usual packaging.  There is more flash than usual on the hub and there are a few marks on the blades.  Fortunately there are no nicks to the edges so I will keep them but I shall not be ordering any more until normal service is resumed.

mine are ok but i complained anyway. they need to no that its not accepable in future and would encourage others to do the same.
