EZ-Gui not getting data

My phone has stopped receiving data from my crius se v2 via the EZ-Gui android application. It can';t read settings or anything. It was working just fine when I last used it. The bluetooth module is connecting to the phone with the app as shown by the LED going solid and the app confirming a connection but that';s it, nothing else works. The only change I have made is to finally getting the GPS hooked up with a crius nav board and therefore making the changes in the config.h file to enable it. Disconnecting the GPS makes no difference. The GPS is running on 115200 baud and so does the bluetooth module but surely this should make no difference as the nav board is a separate beast and only sends data through the i2c connection. Any ideas? I will redo my wiring on the rx tx lines to make sure but they look ok.

OK forget that :embarrassed just a bad connection on my home made plug(female headers).I just made a new lead up and it works fine.....
