Cant bind 9x orange module. Help!

I have put another spectrum rx in my t copter but I cant get it to bind to the orange DSM2 module on my turnigy 9x.
I turned t copter on. Then pushed the bind button and turned the tx on. The green light comes on but it wont bind. I have also out in the bind plug.

Hey vidal. You can use my tramsmitter while you sort yours out. Im still waiting on parts from rctimer so wont be using it for a while. I ordered a new motor thinking thats what was wrong with my quad but turned out to be speed controller. :-(

I got a spare 30A esc if it dont turn up

Does anyone have any ideas why its not binding. What does the ID button do
