Hi , my hexicopter will almost hover hands free in stadlise mode free from wind .
But even a slight winds will my it fast rock and gain altitude .
Which of the P , I , D is for external forces ?

Hi Peter.

When i had MultiWii on my quad i found in it best to back the P value down a bit in wind as otherwise it was  fighting too hard to hold level, the motors would sound aggressive and it would tend to climb.

Generally i kept the P values at the lower settings as how often is it flat calm in the UK ?

Only when you want a little bit of wind then you get a total flat calm day .
