Updated, content changed after errors found.

The 3 position switch on the top left side of the Optic 6 Sport transmitter can be used for selecting the flight modes using the camber mix once

the FLT.mode switch positions are activated. Here';s how to do it.

This means you have to connect the ';M'; socket on the F\C to Channel 6, 5 is left spare.

1. Turn on the radio, then press both edit buttons at the same time to enter programing mode.

2. Use one of the edit buttons to scroll to FLT.C , INH will be displayed, to activate it press both Data buttons, ON will now be displayed.

3. Set SW1 down at the FLT.Mode Position,

a, Move SW3 away from you, the display will show ST1   INH, enable it by pressing both Data buttons.
b, Move SW3 towards you, past the middle possition, again the display will show ST2    INH, press both data buttons, display now shows ON

4. Use the edit button to the CAMB settings.

a, Channel 1 will be flashing, ensure the display is showing ST1 at the bottom, moving the SW3 switch through all 3 positions ST1, NOR, ST2 the

display should show 0% for all 3.

b, Use the Cursor button to select Channel 2,ensure the display is showing ST1 at the bottom, moving the SW3 switch through all 3 positions ST1,

NOR, ST2 the display should show 0% for all 3.

c, Use the Cursor button to select Channel 6, move SW3 so that ST1 is showing, use the -data button to enter -100%
move the SW3 to the NOR position, the display should show 0%
move the SW3 to the ST2 position, use the + data button to enter 100%

Check that you now have the following settings by going through the  menu again, then press the two edit buttons to exit programming.
In the CAMB mode
ST1 showing on the display scroll along the channels 1 & 2 0%  channel 6 -100%

NOR showing on the display scroll along the channels 0% on all Channels

ST2 showing on the display scroll along the channels 1 & 2 0%  Channel 6 +100%

Fantastic, I';ll try this as soon as I';m home :).

You wouldn';t happen to know how to setup a servo on a two position switch on the Optic6 sport would you?

A good question  , I was hoping I could operate the shutter release as the gimbal has two servos, one automatically keeps the camera level, the other ( on mine ) is shutter release.

From my reading so far switch 2 (Gear) and switch 3 ( the three position one) are interlinked in the transmitter, so they affect each other. There is still the other switch top right but I don';t know how to programme this yet.

They don';t explain the S1,S2, P1,P2 connections very well for me, I have found that one automatically corrects for pitch the other for roll keeping a different kind of gimbal steady.

The documentation is very poor for a beginner I find.

I now just use the gear switch to toggle between Altitude and Balance .

That';s what I';ve had to make do with aswell since I purchased this Tx/Rx. I hadn';t gotten round to tryin'; your setup through lack of time. Not very many people seem to have the optic6 sport, there'; doesn';t appear to be a great deal of help around regarding this Tx/Rx :(.
