This is just a maybe............thinking of getting a cheap fairly small multi rotor, ideally brushless and gps, but just a cheap chinese jobby i had figured i would get the Syma W1 explorer but i cant find extra batteries for it, and all these cheap gps drones tend to use specific "housed" lipo`s, dont want to spend any more than £100........is there anything worth getting, was thinking like the Hubsan H501 that type of thing

Bought a Hubsan H501s with the new long range wifi TX, used but as new, will do nicely

Well, you didn't give us much time to respond there, did you, apollo7!!   

I would have said go for the one you think looks nicest, but, despite owning a Syma for a number of years and still loving it, the Hubsan controller does look the biz and the performance is slightly better. So I reckon you made the right choice. 

Although, the Syma does look cool too....

Have to say i was all set to go for the Syma, but stumbled on the Hubsan on ebay at a very good price, used but only flown once, when i spotted it i thought "yep best get it"will do pics and some video when i get it, this is mainly to fly from back garden out over fields

Happy to say the Hubsan h501A air pro arrived, i feel i got a real bargain with this, and have to say i love it, did a test flight and it performed way better than i had hoped, very precise in the air, and camera better than i thought it would be
