Hello:

i am building my first tricopter and was wondering the proper way to mount the propellers.
i have "R" type props or counter clock wise and I have regular props.
Which prop goes where?
My Motor #1  spins Clock wise do I mount a regular prop on that or a "R" or counter clock wise prop on it.

thanks

here is a diagram for you
motor 1 is a clockwise direction with the prop marked R
motor 2 is ani clockwise use prop without letter or could be marked L
motor 3 is same as motor 2

Thanks this is exactly the information I needed.
i had a question about the rear or Motor# 3.
I thought on a tricopter using a KK2 board that
Motor#1 is CW(Clock Wise)
Motor#2 is CCW.
Motor#3 is CW???
In your diagram you show motor#3 turning Counter clock wise(CCW)??

sorry not sure on the kk board but would follow there recommended motor layout as each flight control board has different motor layouts

on the kk2 when you set it up if you look at the motor layout screen it tells you witch motor spins wot way
If you find yourself in danger of being taken seriously, then try to do something which undermines or sabotages that perception in some way.
