Help with dimensions on QAV 500

I';ve decided to clone the QAV 500 for my first FPV using ply and aluminium and I';m drawing it out - but I need the dimensions of the aluminium arms they use ....

http://rcrotorpro.com/qav500-replacement-aluminum-arm-v1-2-qav-400-stretch-compatible/

Can anyone tell me what the width - length - thickness is ??

It would also be handy - but not essential - if I could get the rough dimensions of the dirty frame plate, clean frame plate and flight controller cover plate....

Does anyone have one they could measure for me ??

Thanks in anticipation  ;)
