4K Video Editing with slow PC?

Not really done any video editing but I need to do some basic cutting and splicing of some 4K video but My PC is an old i5 (2320 3ghz 4 core) with 4Gb of memory and an old ATi Radeon HD5400 512Mb graphics card.
So anyone know any video editing software that might enable me to do some basic editing?

Cheers.
I try :-)

Tryingto

I run kdenlive on a similar box, proxy all the clips down to 720p for editing and render full scale.

I have been using this for a while, its pretty good.  https://shotcut.org/
It can use multiple cores on your CPU to render your videos.  Your PC should be nippy enough.
Nighthawk Pro, Trex 450 L Dominator 6 cell *FLOWN*, Blade 450-3D, MCPX-BL, MCPX-V2, Hubsan X4, Seagull Boomerang IC .40 trainer, HK Bixler, AXN Clouds fly,, Spektrum DX7, Taranis, AccuRC

I had forgotten I had installed shortcut when, I think you mentioned it a while ago. Just tried chopping up a small 8min 4K vid and while it maxed out all 4 cores it did manage it in few mins.

Perfect for uploading a few clips to youtube. I would post here but not quad related, just Blackpool Illuminations LightPool projections on the Tower.

Cheers.

Another vote for shotcut.

Free and fairly easy to get to grips with.

Free video editing software it has loads of features and purchasable vfx elements.
Carbon Tricopter with KK2 mini because you have to own a Tri and Falcon Evo FPV (rebuild again) with fatshark 600mw vtx & pz2040 cam. New addition (hidden from the missus!) 250 quad.
