OSD Options

Im fancying an OSD. I ve checked the Firstpersonview website and they have a few options.

EZOSD or Hornet.

Any comments on which is the best and why?

Fixed wing or Multi.. ?

ezOSD if good...  but even better if you use other ez kit... or want to do antenna tracking in future..
Hornet OSD is really for use with FY31AP.. you can use it standalone if you buy a GPS...  so kinda expensive..

I just bought one of those after following your link. Very easy to fit and it works well. I had a bit of a panic when I had some magic smoke coming from the video TX but I was very quick at cutting the power and no harm done. At least it all seems to be working. GPS locked on quickly so I';m very happy with it.

hows your screen,i got faint lines across mine.
osd was easy to setup makes the screen cluttered tho.

I haven';t seen that on mine, maybe I was just lucky but I';m not usually
I like all the information on the screen, it looks flash even if I don';t know what most of it means.
Can someone tell me what RSSI is and what it does?

Its Received Signal Strength Indicator.  If I understand correctly it is telling you how strong the signal is that you are getting from your Tx.  I am sure if I have it wrong some one will correct me
