As you can see had a lovely episode of solder splatter on a kiss esc.
I'm not to sure about the best way to fix this, google hasn't been helpful.
I've sucked up what I can with a solder wick.

I'm currently waiting on my iron to cool down to put a smaller head on but It may just be enough to move aside the stuff at the bottom.

Doing continunity  tests, the sides on the outside appear to all be ground, while the sides facing each other are power.
Only power to power.
Would this cause smoke on powerup?

Try a continuity test between +ve and -ve should be very high resistance. If it's low you have a short.
You might be lucky. Fingers crossed.
I try :-)

So I finished setting it all up, took the risk and plugged in.
Lights up & motor twitches.
But when arming it's the only one that doesn't so I will need to clean the mess up.
May just have to write it off & get a replacement as not confident at all regarding cleaning it up, some of the solder is in gaps too small for any of my tips.

Also, weirdly reciever has no lights when its connected to taranis. But it arms/ all inputs are good bar yaw. (Rxsr) certain it normally has a blue or green light.

Easily fixed. Some (no! lots of) flux, iron temp 400 dungarees science. Then heat and wipe, heat and wipe.

Twist some copper wire around the tip of the soldering iron and twist the end into a sharp point, put a tiny bit of flux on it and use it as a heated solder wick
