Has anyone had to make a warranty claim on there fatsharks? Im asking as
I've got a set of transformers that have failed! If anyone could point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated :)
I've already tried there support email address and sent them a message on faceache!
tried to contact them on 4 seperate occasions but am having no success!!
Is it me or are the uk not so well supported?!

I have, I bought attitude v4 we as backup goggles and there was a factory recall.

I got the impression, and I could be wrong, that fatshark UK support doesn’t exist as a part of fatshark but is a small engineering firm that is subcontracted,

I engaged then by contacting fatshark (US) who were very helpful and gave me contact details for UK, I don’t think UK responded quickly, or every time, but the were helpful when they did.

I would recommend contacting fatshark US, point out your issue with comma as well as goggles, I expect they will sort it

I had to return a pair to China when the screens failed.Apparently it was my fault as I had bought them.
The original screens they used were no longer available  and the replacement ones weren't compatible with the t/x,but I could buy a new t/x at cost price. A lot of Emails later I got them back with a little cloth bag for the inconvenience.

My experience of the UK support is great - the DVR on my HD2s stopped working and they fixed it for free under warrenty and had them back to me withing three days. Really pleased!

pete678

all sorted! sent them off and got them back within a week as good as new!
Very impressed.  Thats one of the reasons i went with them in the first place. They've
far exceeded my expectations in after sales service. All under warranty too :)
