Lol it is a scrolling name tag from one of those gadget shops. RED5 I think.  Got it for a novelty name tag to use at work at the exhibitions weve got lined up to attend.

You can program any text you want.   Was a fiver.  Think it was a bad buy now and wish I';d bought some beer instead lol
