Though I say so myself ::)
Got the motors on the bottom edge of the arms and the wires straight down the insides of the arms. Done away altogether with the hooked sprung legs and got a high leg frame fitted. Its a camera bird(when I fit one).Using the mounts for the high legs with spacers to make another cavity to house the ESC's and the PDB. Flight controler on its own inside the X-525 body. I have just done a mock up whilst I figure out mounts and soldering.
Its good fun. ::) ;)

It is just parts piled up right now :smiley: I am waiting on my PDB and another flight controller which I should have within a week and then I can get soldering and testing. I really liked the flashing firmware and setting up of the flight controller and it was all going so well until it couldn't find the mag. Since I have looked and tried so hard now I can only think it is the board at fault so have ordered another. I have a background of flashing android devices and car ECU's so its no big deal for me I enjoy it.
When it goes right ::)
Give me a week and should have some pics worth putting up. ;)

No harm in putting up 'in progress' pictures. It's always good to see how different people solve similar problems. We can all learn from each other.

Must admit building is more fun and rewarding sometimes. But wait till you get flying  ::) ::) ::) ::)

I have a Bugs b2w for just flying ::) I put the bag in the car when I go out and pull up at the road side and just fly,do one battery and move on. Flown all over the place I find it best not to over think it. ;)
