  • Bad Raven: I think a lot of us will have seen the published (leaked) training instructions to police officers on FPV, which was both incomplete and incorrect. Only the Little Hitler types will be comfortable treading any of that path!

  • Reman: Thought for the day - If a knowledgeable police officer stopped you and saw that you had a "600mW" VTX on your quad he'll get funny about it, But would even a VERY knowledgeable officer know what they were looking at if the same VTX had a professional looking label under the heat shrink that proclaimed that the VTX was in fact a 25mW unit?  :hmm:

BetaFlight - Help!
« on: January 10, 2018, 16:52:08 »
OK.    Betaflight Configurator 10.0.0 - Working OK on other quads.

Quad is Tiny7 given to me to try to sort by newbie friend who's been unable to sort it after he'd given up.

It was running the motors on USB connection after he had updated to 3.2.2.

Configurator boots up and finds quad (gets craft name: in top bar), but ONLY CLI menu choice.

This works in the sense that version confirmed correct SPRACINGF3 and v3.3.2, dump works.

AHA, it thinks its got oneshot, so cli it to brushed which it takes.

On exit it reboots and goes to quad picture set accelerometer, picture of quad moves correctly, levelling works, BUT still only CLI option in menu.

My two Tiny6 are happy on 3.1.7, so I go to firmware flasher and it flashes and reports successful. Now does NOt run motors all the time!

Reboot Configurator and Quad and it connects, but STILL only CLI available. exit cli and it goes as before to the quad pic which works normally, but no way to get it to allow menus choice to set up!

All this is true on two differing laptops, one Vista, one Win7

Not had this before, help please!
