Crius AIOP V2 on a tricopter with a strange problem

I have a wooden tricopter with a crius AIOP V2 on it.

(if you want to see how it looks like)

After i made it a little bit smaller (shorten the booms) and soldered all he signal and powercables, the board just flash red 2 times when i connect the battery and then the Tx and Rx flashes really rapidly and nothing more happens. It doesnt start to flash lite it used to like when its disarmed.

The Esc have the normal beepingnoise and it seems ok.

If i put the micro usb-plug on the board and wait, the Criusboard flashes ok like it should. And the arming and motors have a normal funktion but if i disconnect the battery it have the same strange symptom.

Do i need more power to the board maybee?

I would be greatful for som advice  :cry

Not a silly thing like throttle needs trimming down a few clicks to enable Idle, which in turn will then allow you to ARM the board?

Tx n rx leds flashing after plugging in the lipo is normal, even when idle and nothing is happening.
