Hi

I purchases my first Quadcopter a DJI  F450 ready assembled. I am now thinking of building a hex copter using the Turnigy H.A.L. (Heavy Aerial Lift) Hexcopter Frame 775mm. has anyone used this frame as a base or can anyone recommend an alternative frame.

Thanks
Pete

Obvious question, but what would you want to be doing with it?

It depends how much you want to spend on your hexa, and what you';ll be using it for. Turnigy H.A.L is pretty much an entry level frame (although there are worse I';m sure), but you can still have a lot of fun with it regardless. Keep an eye on the comments and discussions going on about it on the Hobby King website itself. People are really good at pointing out potential flaws about pretty much everything.

I';ve got a HAL frame and lots of spare arms/orange clamps I';m going to be selling.  Let me know if interested.  It';s only flown once.

I can also supply it with ready to fly (add Rx of choice) including motors, esc';s, KK2, power distribution and props if required.

Let me know if you';re interested.

Thanks I would be interested in the frame. I don';t want ready to fly as I want to build it myself to my own spec.
