Is it possible to replace the power wires on these motors?
If yes how?

It is possible depending on where it has broken. Normally multi strand wire is soldered to the enamel coated windings on the motor. To solder to the windings you need to remove some enamel by scraping or sanding the coating off. You might have to dismantle the motor to get at the stator.
Be aware that the internal wiring of a motor may not just be 3 wires, there may be enamelled wires linked together before the flexible wires are soldered on.

Hope that gives you some clue.
I try :-)
