It is until you look at the specs, it';s about 250 quids worth of quad if you self build, frankly though you would struggle build one that bad for that price, these guys must have wooden legs, eye patches and a parrot

It isn';t something that anyone knows what they are doing would buy, suspect someone forgot to set failsafe (because they didn';t know what they were doing.

It may be worth contacting the manufacturers, can';t imagine they have sold many in the uk, they may know whose it is simply by locale, whilst they are unlikely to give you details they may be able to contact the owner and put him in touch with you

It also might be worth reporting the find to the police. Reason being that the person who ';lost'; it might also have reported it missing. Also after a certain amount of time if it has not been claimed you legally own it and can dispose of it how you want or learn to fly it  ::)
