Very nice, but isn';t 3D printing an expensive way to make the frame - or is that a prototype for tooling design or your hobby?

Its not really expensive. 2,3kg of PLA you get for 100USD (high quality) and the printed frame is just 60g... you do the math!!! I can print A LOT of frames for the price of one Carbon frame and I HATE milling with all the dust!!!!!

and yes. its my hobby so I didn';t calculate time, design, electricity..... :-)

yes. I can offer this frame with mounting for 45mm, 35mm and 30mm flight controller.

The most expensive part is the shipping

price.. about 50USD shipped (20-25 for the shipping). I need to ship registered because of paypal so this increases the price. Also one print takes 2h.....

I got some new pictures of my microX20 in action yesterday in Italy on a windy seaside day :-)

Also I got some questions about printing stuff. So I dont know how to put this in this forum but I can offer 3D prints from your design. Price is 50Eurocent / cm3 which makes the frame of this microX 25Euro + Shipment. If you want a cam holder or something else, usual volume is much much lower because I needed strong durability for this frame.

I wanted to open a thread in the market forum but it didnt work.

Do you mean in the trade section or the classified section, if you want a trade forum of your own we can make you one and then you can post as much as you like in it, or you should be able to post in the classified section already

ok I will post something in the classifieds section and see how it goes on. this is not a big business and usually more work than money to 3d print for other people. But it keeps my printer dustfree and helps some guys who need some parts.
