kk2.1HC Waterproofing

Hi guys, im able to grab a can of CorrosionX HD, anyone tried waterproofing their KK2.1 with it?did it went wel?

I';ve never managed to brake a kk2 and had one in the river.
I';ve smashed screens, but the quad has still flown fine without one .
Will you be waterproofing all the other electronics

yep, i did  waterproofed my jr xbus reciever,esc and servos with it and soaked them in tap water with the motor and lipo,they worked.next step is the kk2.1hc, however ther is not.much on the net about it,im optimistic,i think it would work. what do you think jazz?

I';d give it a try if the other electronics were ok why not .
It should b easy on the hard case one

what i did is open evrything and sprayed with CxHD,servo case and heatshrink including open terminals and connectors, didnt even wait to soak all in water, i just hope it works same on salt water.Its messy,but it works like a charm.:)

i agree,its lot easier with the hardcase since it has no LCD..
