12V to 9V regulator

Hey.
Im using a 9V to 12V camera for fpv. Instead of plugging it straight into the 3S battery and using the 12V. I want to put a 9V regulator on it to stop any noise.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to what to get as you can get different amp regulators. Not sure what to get. Cheers

I use a simple low pass filter instead;

But maybe a 12 to 9v regulator would work better - i don';t know much about those.
