How do you get the little overlay in the bottom left?

overlay is basically my avatar put into photoshop then bring opacity down to about 30-40% save as a psd file then in vegas open it onto a new video track above your video then crop and resize in vegas and move into position, there';s a few how to';s about it on youtube that';s where I learned how to do it, may be different for your editing suite though.
