Gaza - can you make the subject line section in the forum topic list wider? It's cutting off the subject field really short.

Had another negative encounter, it's been a few years since the last one, just an uneducated ******, going on about drones being illegal yada yada yada.    :-/
Still that didn't spoil my flying time, had an absolute blast  ~~

Hi guys, quick question. I have uploaded the tricopter firmware on my APM 2.5  and i want to try it out on a quad now. If i just go to the firmware tab in the mission planner and click on upload Arducopter 2.9.1 quad ,will it overwrite the former tricopter firmware and i can now use it for the quad or is there a better method of doing this?

Yep just click on the model you want in mission planner firmwares tab and it will overwrite your current firmware with the new one.  Also remember to go to terminal and type setup then erase to get the new firmware default settings.
Search youtube for westmidscom for my videos and links to my tuned params files.
