Walkera G2-D gimbal spare parts

It had to happen, I nipped out this afternoon for a flight down the park, just coming back into land about 50 feet up and one motor stopped dead, the quad came crashing down and broke an arm a prop and badly boke 2 or 3 parts of the plastic gimbal. I';ve searched for spares but don';t see any for the plastic version, just the metal one.

Alternatively is there a glue that will do a good job on this kind of plastic.

Sorry to hear that. I';m afraid I don';t know about spares for your gimbal, but if the broken plastic parts are not too small and fiddly then a decent epoxy glue (not all epoxy glues are equal quality) will probably stick it permanently back together. Try gorilla epoxy. It';s incredibly strong stuff. It gives 2-3 minutes real working time so don';t mix up too much (it comes in 2 parts: adhesive and hardener) and probably practice on something less important first.

Thanks Nate, I thought it was ABS and tried Acetone but it had no effect on it. I have slow setting epoxy and was unable to get the bits to stay in place with that, so I super glued the parts then a layer of epoxy over that, it should cure by this evening.
I';ve made a few calls and emails but no one appears to hold spare parts for these.

here is a poor image of the cause of the crash.

That is some of the parts I require, I';ve added my name to their wish list to see if they get them in stock again.
