Hi ive just gotten my hands on a tbs discovery fpv, but i cant seem to get the the castle esc to arm, ive tested them through the naza software and all work they just wont arm any ideas using futaba 10j ??

DarkButterfly

Make sure your channels are going the right way in the naza assistant and all the way to the stops.

Go to the RC tab to check, when you do the arming sequence all the channels should be all the way to the left, if one is reversed and going to the right, reverse it in the assistant, not on the Tx.

Run a radio calibration too ~~

I find it kicks in way too early, TBH i';d just use a timer ~~

took it out for a quick fly the other day not sure if its right or not, ?

should i only get throttle from mid point on the stick ?

shuts of when throttle stick put to zero and have to rearm ie: what if i do this in flight by mistake ? i have throttle shut off in naza set to intelligent.

thanks

DarkButterfly

Naza V2 takes off above half throttle as that is the altitude hold point.

Intelligent motor cutoff should keep the motors spinning for a few seconds after throttle is idle. If it is a naza V2 you have, make sure you are using the correct assistant software.

The naza lite should take off immediately as the throttle is raised.
