A bit nerdy but I';ve got one of those Maplin wireless weather stations in the garden.........

What';s prompted me to post is not just that we had 1.3 inches of rain today but that this month - so far - we';ve had 10.5 inches which is my weather station record - 7 inches of that fell on 1st May  :blink

Hosepipe ban next  :azn

Useful bit of kit - looks like there is a DJI450 arm slightly melted in there as the crossarm. Where on earth do you live to get that much rain? Or is the UK now subject to monsoon season?

I have a couple of very useful websites available to me as my house is relatively sheltered from the wind - chimet.co.uk - weather report from the Chichester Bar beacon some 500 yards in open water from me and Cambermet .- a few hundred yards from the flying area I have appropriated on a local army base.
