Devon/southwest meetup?

Hi folks, I';m going to be over in the UK between the 3rd to around 8th of May for a family engagement on the 5th, would anyone in the area be interested in a mini meet?
Any day apart from the 5th is fine for me though I expect the 4th may be better for most people, as for the location, somewhere in the southern part of Dartmoor maybe?
I';m open to suggestions!

Would love to, but being the bank holiday weekend I expect  I will not be able to.  Saying that, it may be possible if I wangle it with HQ and we take the caravan to Devon for the weekend.

I didn';t know Monday was a bank holiday, in that case the 4th or 6th are fine for me.

I';m down in the far S W of Cornwall and would like to have come - but as its a Bank Holiday weekend we';ll be right out of the county on parental old persons visiting duty 3rd to 7th

I';ve just booked my flights and Saturday or Monday are good for me.

I';ll need to beg a lift off one of my brothers to get somewhere. I was thinking a place reasonably central would be somewhere like Postbridge or some of the abandoned buildings up the road from the Powdermills pottery.

Is it this Saturday (4th) or the Saturday after (11th), either are good for me so I will be there. So are we saying 12pm and where abouts do you wanna meet, there is that large carpark just by the bridges which would be nice and easy, Google maps says its "Postbridge Stores, Dartmoor Forest, PL20 6"

Hi Jab1a, it';ll be this Saturday coming, the 4th.

The car park sounds best as it';s easy to find, outside the visitor centre on the little bit of grass. I';m just going to be dropped off so I';ll be carrying my quad and easy to spot.

Brilliant, I will try and drag along my spotter as well who has a Quad. OK I will be turning up in a grey Evo IV so shouldn';t be hard to spot either  ::)

My camera has taken a beating and is no long reliable  lastnight I had a wicked run down a lane covered in trees, got some wicked speed but the camera shut off about 30 seconds before that...gutted! its not the battery and the SD is held tight so Im not sure, its been fully submerged in fresh water at one point so I guess I am just glad its hanging on at all :)

Im looking forward to Saturday
