At last there was a break in the weather and I managed to strap the Panasonic to my head and get in a few flights, here';s the result.

As per my thread below this is the cobbled together tri that was once a quad. It needs some tidying and some tuning but I';m very happy with how it has turned out

That looks very stable for stock settings - nice one!
One circlip short of a quadcopter.

You must be well pleased with that, can';t wait to get mine on the go (out of the design stage)!

I think the intro adds a little something

Thanks guys. I';m very pleased with how it';s turned out. Once I finish the build proper (as I still have some cutting to do as I was waiting on some new disks) I';ll post some pics in the other thread.

I can see a bi copter on the horizon now.

Turns out the KK2 problem I had was the personality of the board, tried another board I had and it seems to fly fine on the default settings.
Bicopter/twincopter. I built one of those modeled on a 450 heli frame but couldn';t get it to fly, kk2 tuning problems, maybe I';ll try another board maybe its personality clashes again.
Good luck with the bi build mate, I found digital servos respond better than the 9g analogue.
