Hobbyking UK warehouse shipping costs

Not sure if this has been covered elsewhere but can someone explain what I am doing wrong? I spent time selecting Nano Tech batteries that were listed as available from the UK warehouse. When I move through the buying section I see the costs for UK shipping options but when I get to the next screen I find I am only offered SCS carrier TO the UK at some £32 instead of the Parcelforce options.

Didn';t happen to me when I ordered 1S 600 mah nanotechs for my Twister, think it worked out to £3.50 - you sure all is on UK and you';ve not been transferred?

No that';s never happened to me when ordering UK - only ever paid £3.50 ish ....

Make sure you';re logged in and that it says ';Location United Kingdom - AND you have to be VERY careful that you have the UK tab yellow highlighted on the left when selecting goods (see pic attached below)

Sometimes you can find the item you want is not in stock in the UK and you carry on selecting only to find you';ve actually selected from an International Menu.

ONLY items available in the UK warehouse are available to you IF you have the Yellow UK selected. That';ll mean UK postage.

This happens all the time to me. Hobbyking';s website is not very well laid out and it';s easy to accidentally order stuff from the wrong warehouse.

I gave up with HK, generally not stocked or out of stock in UK warehouse. Unless it';s a reasonable order I tend to try and get local in UK.

Yes I agree with that ... trying to get a Bixler 2 and it';s out of stock on HK and has been for a while but IS available on Ebay in the UK at about the same cost ... so I guess I';ll get one there this time

Thanks for the feedback guys. According to general consensus I had done everything correctly but I had used my Egyptian mobile number for contact. Changed it to my UK one and suddenly I was being offered UK shipping 
I have to say, like others, I do not find the website very intuitive and it seems to switch between warehouses with minimal indication. I was going to order some Nano Tech 3s 5000 packs but from another current thread I have changed my mind.

Hence I now order from RC TIMER and others.
