Who made this frame?

Anybody have any idea who made this frame?  It appears to be a 450mm frame.

I have no idea never seen one before

I only paid $15 for it.

That is not a bad frame for $15 used. It looks as though it uses copies of the DJI plastic frames with some tweaks. In fact it looks quite sturdy, would be interested to see if it snaps when you crash.

Well it didn';t survive a serious crash.  It got away from me and I lost orientation and down it came from up high.  I get to build again with a DJI 450 frame.
