camera module/ vtx

Only getting black screen from my modded 107d, not sure if it';s the image sensor module or the vtx.
Seems like all the replacement modules are different to mine as the image sensors are soldered to the vtx whereas mine is held with a plastic clasp, even those are out of stock in the UK.
I recall someone using a spektrum fpv system on a carbon H frame but I can';t seem to find one on my searches.
So I either pick up another stock 107d as a donor or wait until I can find a module version same as the one I have unless anyone has any better suggestions?
