I don';t believe I will be doing ant more business with Banggood At least not with their USDirect site. I ordered a CK Optimized Racing F3 Deluxe flight controller on 3/1/2015 and it was shipped the same day. I had not received a tracking number and sent an email to customer support asking why I had not received a tracking number. Customer support replied asking me send them a picture of the page on their website that said they provide tracking numbers on USDirect orders. I thought that was strange but I complied and sent it. I also indicated that it was unacceptable to not get a tracking number and that I would wait until today for the package to arrive and no longer due to the tracking number issue. I got more BS replies asking me to wait longer, so I indicated that I would wait until Friday March 11 and if the package hasn';t arrived I would dispute the charges.

Today I get a letter sized envelope from Flyt fulfillment center which contained only the wires and pin headers and no F3 flight controller. So I sent another email informing them that the USPS delivery did not contain the F3 flight controller board and that they need to send it to me Fedex 2 day shipping and provide a tracking number. I have not gotten a response from them yet, but I really want the F3 flight controller because I have heard good things about it.

It usually takes 10 days to get money refunded from Banggood and just 3 or 4 if I dispute the charges, so I will go that route if they won';t comply.

I';ve ordered loads from Banggood, Gearbest and Hobby king,   Never had any issues.  It';s a number thing though, there is human error in everything.  I have had more issues with UK companies to be honest.   but that';s mail order.    Hope you sort it.  if not give me your order number and I';ll ask my contact there.
