Hi,

Does anyone has experience with this gps from glb: http://www.goodluckbuy.com/vk-162-gps-module-with-sirf3-ceramic-antenna-ttl-usb-signal-.html ? I want to configure it to work with a I2C converter (from RCTIMER), basically I need to change the baud rate to 115000bps.

BTW... where can I buy leads with the mini DF type connectors (the ones that are used on the I2C converter)?

Thanks,

Tony

Hi Tony you would probably be better of buying the cn-06 v2 from rctimer because the leads on the I2c converter fit it  ~~

Just bought it..but from HK, but is the same. Thanks Gaza. Meanwhile I found some literature about the VK-162 and found that it is not suitable as it can only work  with 4800 bps or 9600 bps. GLB says that it can achieve 115000 bps but not sure. There is a software SiRFDemo that allows to change some stuff and check if it is working or not. Another bit to my bin :(

I remember looking at these before and the price being sky high the crimping tool is also expensive, BOYD (build your own drone) sells leads with these plugs on  ~~
