CC3D Housing attachment. Screw or tape?

I recently bought a CC3D housing from Phil just as I was getting paranoid with the amount of grass etc that was getting sprayed across it and with the increasing amount of moisture at this time of year I wanted more protection.
However, I';ve realised now that the only way to attach it is to use tape or something to that extent as the screw holes that hold the case shut are at the same position as the standard CC3D screw holes.

Do you think 3M DualLock is sufficient/suitable for an FC?

That is the rout I';m going my self I found some heavy duty 3m tape at my local hardware store hold up to 15lbs and it is a little thicker than normal 3m not by much but. The other idea I had was use small stepups and some epoxey and glue the case to them but I think the tape is going to be great

I ended up doing something a little different.
I took the case and widened the holes in the base to M3 then extended it right through the top part as well so have 4 screws going from the base of the quad, up through the case, then 4 nuts bolting down the top. Solid as a rock! :)

Post a pic I';d like to see I might have to borrow that idea ;) that sounds a lot more solid than the ol  3m  tape

I';ll try and remember to do so this evening :)
I was a little worried when doing it that drilling those very small columns to 3mm would just ruin them but it was an easy job.
I did drill a 2mm pilot first just to make sure.
