How to set different flight modes

I see lots of people talking about altitude mode and radical mode and I';ve seen a flip mode but really I think that would be the radical mode tho I';d like to be able to set it to where I can get as much pitch out of my quad as possible for the all out speed with out doing a flip and for her to bank hard with out a roll just aa wickednasty race tune so to speak. But I wanna be able to flip the fc switch and do some tricks and have some fun
