This time a week ago i was tearing my hair out after days of frustration with a quad that flipped on take off.

This morning after a week of tuning and one light prang we have this

The altitude fluctuation is due to being on alt hold. Is this about the fluctuation range others are seeing on the AIOP V2 ?

Looks a bit breezy there to me, have you got any gauze or similar on top of you baro to baffle it from wind, could possibly explain alt hold a bit wayward - if not I can post a pic how mine is done if need be.

May as well post pic anyway - hope it helps!

Great news Steve.. you must have a big grind and be well pleased

Nice stable flight Steve the baro is never 100% they tend to hold better higher up  ~~

Feels good to have it going well after the initial issues.  I';ve not covered the baro yet so guss that will help it hold level better.

It did not look so clever about 5pm as 15min into a flight i ploughed a field with it exiting a banked turn while practicing circits.

All fixed now and ready for some more stick time tomorrow.

Can i make it more resposive to pitch and yaw inputs while in level mode without affecting acro mode ?

Not sure about that stable mode is for gentle stable flying and it kind of defeats the idea behind it to make it more responsive, cant you switch to acro and use that then switch back  ~~

I';m sure i';ll get used to it just feels odd going from light touch inputs in acro to needing big stick inputs in stable.
