My first flight with a quad and GoPro

I tried my quad out today for the first time I have flown one apart from hovering in the garden, I am still getting used to how it handles. I put the GoPro on for the last couple of minutes just to try it. It was a bit breezy so I had to correct against the wind for most of the time but I found that the loiter did not work too well. On the whole I found the quad was very stable and relaxing to fly compared to my helis.

If someone throw's a stone at you throw a flower at them just remember to throw the pot with it.

Nicely done. Any landing you can still fly after, is a good landing ~~

Well done mate.  Yeah quad flying is definitely more relaxing compared to Heli flying.  Both are great fun in their own way.

PropFox

Good job mate, I';m a few weeks from doing this myself hopefully so I really enjoyed looking at your first time trail :) What camera vibration isolation did you use, if any?

Rammylad

Hi Propfox, I just used the GoPro flat mount bog standard.

Oh wow, not bad at all! You must have done a very decent job balancing the motors and props I';m sure.
