Tutor 40 Electric Conversion

So a while back while I was shopping for furniture... I went past a pawn shop and saw a plane in the window. Pretty decent size and a big glow engine. it had all the servo';s in it and looked like a fun project (as if I don';t have enough already). i managed to pick the lot up for £40.

What i plan to do is pop on a electric 670Kv engine as this will mean less mission that the glow. And once that is done i will make it take off and then attempt to land it :) and then most likey see if it can do some rolls and loops :)

It looks identical to the attached pic just with a blue engine.

This motor would really be good in your Tutor, I';ve used it in a Multiplex Mentor which is roughly the same weight  - see my review

I used a 13x6.5 prop on it, it was ok on 3S but went like a skyrocket on 4S!
