Got over excited and it's already glued up and the ailerons coat of varnish is drying. The foam cutting is superb quality, no drags and only  minimal tiny nibs.
Not bothering  with the spec motor or battery  i'm going to over clock it and go.. "4 cell"

so you got the flying wing bug, its addictive i have loads of wings, latest build is a C1 chaser, its coming on very nicely, sunnysky X2212 1400kv motor, loads of grunt

Had the bug for ages, started with a slipstream , followed by another slipstream.  Good bits of kit to throw in the boot and fly at various locations, even the little Raven will take a mobius or  Runcam  just velcro mounted.
I have got some of my sneaky pics this way.
The Chaser  looks like it has plenty of space for fpv kit.

Got loads of stuff today, Most of which isn't very noteworthy here (Like a new mini keyboard, A 7 port USB hub and 10 meters of silicone insulated wire in various thicknesses........ 'Cos that's just how I roll homes. :) ).

One thing is quite funky though. You know how you see something and without really thinking whether you actually need it you decide "Yeah, That looks interesting. I'll have one of those"? Well, today I received a 140mm 3" Martian 2 frame from BangGood......... It wasn't my fault, It just looked SOOOOO cute in the shop listing. I've just put the frame together, Then bolted some 1406's to it and I think I'm going to have to gut one of my LT130's and rebuild it into this.

To give an idea of scale I've taken a couple pictures of it next to my Martian 220 and with a full sized "GoPro-a-like" sitting on it........





I didn't need it, The build cue's getting new stuff added to it more often than I'm actually building the things, And I have more than a couple multirotors still mid rebuild that I really should get on with......... But it was just SO CUTE !!!!! :)

Quite expensive in 1Kg spools? last two PETG I bought were 3Kg spools at about half the price it was for the same weight in 1Kg packs.

A mount for my GoPro session5  ::) Has first flights with HD footage. WOW I wish I could see that well using goggles and vtx  ::)
Think I need to tweek settings as images seemed a bit dark. The sun was behind a cloud and I was lying towards sun then turning round but still I would expect images to brighten up a bit when sun behind camera.

Gopros always do awesome in sunlight but aren’t so spectacular in greyer conditions. Apparently if you go to protune and switch white balance to native, it will help in those conditions. Although I haven’t tried it myself!

Not many Ravens round here, and if i managed to catch one think it would give me a right peck if i tried to pop a stab in it 
trying not to buy any more planes for a bit so it will either go in the little eashine blackwing 680 or the Volantex Ranger, the Ranger might be best choice as this is being set up for FPV (when blasted VTX arrives)

Not a bad idea, it helps  if things get a bit squirrely after a  momentary  lapse of orientation  it can give you the extra time to get squared up again.

It's going to be tight, especially with the Runcam Split mini in there too, but I've seen a few builds with the same kit list and it "can" fit ... looking forward to the challenge of the build more than anything.

Hoverfly, that looks a real nice wing, very tempting to get one and scale down the power train a little, but out of stock
