This idea has been going for quite a while but I';ve only just discovered them.
Must have a go, I';ve got most of the materials and hardware needed so it';s just the time!
Anyway this is what they look like and do - look like great fun especially for night flying.

Sure are, but there are a few plans on RCGROUPS for them using cf tube for the framework  and ripstop for the covering, i';ve got cf tube and some mylar film which should work ok plus a power set that was originally on a small 3D foamy that should be just the job.
