Shak's New Hex

So unexpectedly my order turned up from RCTimer, even though it had not said it was dispatched.

This is so far what i have managed to gather together, just buying all the bits in parts atm hence why i have like one motor etc.

New motors turned up today for the DJI clone Hex. Some Sunny Sky ones, really nice quality and made very well.

All motors and props have turned up so just esc';s to buy next.

Makes the other one look so small too :P

there quite stiff, they twist a little at the end but nothing major

- what is the gimbal on the first photo and which model Canon is attached there?

Its the little CF one from RC-timer. The camera is just a Cannon 550D. Was just trying it to see of it would move it, but it was still too heavy.

The new 100D might light enough though

The old hex doesn';t look bad but the new one definitely looks more graceful somehow.

the ones on the sunny sky';s or the or ones with the 15" props on ?

both came with the motor so not sure where you get them individually.

i am actually selling the frame now as i got a bigger Octo to replace it.
