HK KK2.0 faulty

Today when setting up everything to test the v1.5 firmware I noticed that my mini HK quad started to have a very strange behavior. Then I noticed that when I power up the quad the display shows that the sensors are not calibrated. I took a look on the sensors test menu a found that all the accelerometer readings are mad, e.g. ZERO. I';ve loaded again the firmware but no success. I';ve replaced the existing board by a new one and managed to have everything ok but....haven';t last longer. After the PID tuning and before the test flight I noticed again the same message " Sensors not calibrated". Went to the sensor test display and noticed that... accelerometer readings ZERO. I have attached a photo. Before going to HK to complain (waste of time most of the times) I am wondering if I am missing something. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Tony.

does it make any odds that your rx is not plugged in to all the channels?  I';d maybe get it all plumbed in first to check.

My kk2 behaved odd when I had a dicky throttle rx lead...

As you can see in the photo I now have just the usbasp powering the board. With everything connected it is the same..... Very odd indeed.

Do you mean two KK boards are doing this same error now?

If it';s nothing simple then:
If you can take off anything that will melt like the plastic on the servo connection pins and  if you';re able to unclip the display then you could place the board in the oven for 30 secs or so on full blast.  The push buttons would also need to be removed.

I fixed a couple of PlayStation 2 consoles by doing this to the main board, as there were a batch of them with dry joints.
Stunk out the kitchen to my wifes delight.

It';s a good idea Gav but not worth the time that I will spend doing that...after all is a $20.00 board. I will have a try with a heat gun and we will see.
Thanks any way.
